The class will be about 3 hours at Hanger 48 in Willis, TX. You will work dough, talk about starters, along with all the benefits, and work step by step through the entire process together. Each person will receive 3.5 year old active starter, fermenting dough which will be baked the following morning.
Autumn has been baking organic slow fermented sourdough consistently for 4 years with professional sourdough baking experience beginning 5 years ago in Oakland, CA. She offers you hands-on experience that is both fun and informative.
