OLV Mission
The mission, or "how to", of OLV is to Amplify Discipleship and Unite our faith community as described below.
Amplifying Discipleship:
In Matthew 28:19-20 Jesus tells his followers to “go into all the world and make disciples…” The word “make” infers that there is a process to becoming a disciple of Jesus. That there are necessary key ingredients. The teachings of Jesus give us the ingredients needed in our lives to be a true disciple. They are: prayer, study of the Word, worship, yielding to His will, loving others, and sharing the good news. Teaching the “how to” of these 6 core practices is the basis of our OLV discipleship courses. Bringing understanding and practical application to what it means to follow in His footsteps.
Uniting Community:
In John 17:20-23 Jesus prays for “all those who will believe.” His prayer is that we would be united as one, and through our unity that the world would believe that God sent Him, that He truly is the Savior of the world. Through church and ministry partnerships, events that gather our faith community together, and outreach and missions projects, the heart of One Loud Voice is to see the prayer of Jesus fulfilled.

Staff
Philip & Amber Noblit
Phil and Amber Noblit have been married for twenty-five years and have two amazing adult children and a beautiful daughter-in-law. Phil grew up in mid-Ohio and moved to Florida before attending Bible School in Texas, where he and Amber met. Amber is a native Texan who grew up in the panhandle area and then moved to Dallas in her early twenties.
Phil and Amber have been in full-time ministry together their entire marriage. They have served as pastors and department heads at several churches but have always had a huge heart for missions. The launch of OLV is the fulfillment of a long-time dream and their passion to reach the world with the life-changing message and love of Jesus.
