Staff
Philip & Amber Noblit
Phil and Amber Noblit have been married for twenty-five years and have two amazing adult children and a beautiful daughter-in-law. Phil grew up in mid-Ohio and moved to Florida before attending Bible School in Texas, where he and Amber met. Amber is a native Texan who grew up in the panhandle area and then moved to Dallas in her early twenties.
Phil and Amber have been in full-time ministry together their entire marriage. They have served as pastors and department heads at several churches but have always had a huge heart for missions. The launch of OLV is the fulfillment of a long-time dream and their passion to reach the world with the life-changing message and love of Jesus.
